Our Classic Series Sheds are built with quality and affordability in mind. We give our customers the choice of either our exclusive Lifetime, Osmose* floor joist system or a galvanized steel runner floor system at the same cost. All of our buildings come with a premium 3/4" Tongue and Groove floor sheathing to handle anything you want to put on our floor. All our sheds come with interlocking double top plates on all 4 walls for stronger more rigid walls and better truss support just like your home, something our competitors cannot claim. On all our sheds we overlap the foundation 2 1/2" with our siding and attach it to both the walls and the foundation just like your home. This makes for a much stronger wall to foundation attachment and seals the foundation preventing any moisture from wicking into the floor sheathing. Again our competitors cannot claim this. All Classic Series sheds come standard with our 50 Yr. Smart side siding and trim that comes with a baked on pre-primed finish and has been treated to prevent fungal decay & wood boring insects. All Classic Series Sheds come standard with 20 yr. 3-Tab shingles with 3 color choices over #15 felt paper and full perimeter drip edge, but can be upgraded to 30 yr. Architectural Shingles for a 4% of base price charge. Our Premium Latch system can be added to any Classic Series Shed for $30 |
